2. How does the process work?
1️⃣ Order your Eternal Print kit.
2️⃣ Follow the easy step-by-step instructions to capture the fingerprint or paw print in the special wax.
3️⃣ Place the wax imprint in the provided protective container and use the prepaid return envelope to send it back( only for Canada)
4️⃣ Once received, we will cast the print into silver or gold, preserving every detail.
5️⃣ Your finished custom jewelry piece will be carefully handcrafted and shipped to you.
3. Is the wax safe to use?
Yes! The wax provided in the Eternal Print kit is completely safe for use on human skin and pet paws. It is non-toxic, soft, and designed to capture fine details without causing irritation or discomfort.
4. What is the appropriate age for children to use the kit?
For safety reasons, we recommend using the kit for children aged 36 months (3 years) and older. An adult should handle the process to ensure the best result.
5. Can I use Eternal Print for a pet’s paw or nose?
Absolutely! Eternal Print is perfect for capturing the paw print or nose print of your beloved pet. Just follow the included instructions to ensure a clear and detailed impression.
6. What materials do you use to create the final piece?
Each Eternal Print piece is handcrafted in either solid sterling silver or solid gold (10K, 14K).
7. Can I add personalization?
Absolutely! We offer custom engraving options for initials, on the back of the piece (one face fingerprints)
8. How long does the process take?
Once we receive your order, your Kit is mailed to you within 3 business days. Then when we receive your wax print back, the casting and finishing process takes approximately 3-5 weeks before your personalized piece is ready to ship.
9. Will my piece look exactly like the wax impression?
Yes! Each fingerprint or paw print is replicated exactly as it was captured, preserving every unique line and texture. However, because it is a handcrafted process, slight variations in shape and finish are expected, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
10. What if I make a mistake while taking the print?
Don’t worry! If your first attempt doesn’t turn out as expected, you can reheat and reshape the wax to try again before sending it back. The instructions will guide you through the process to ensure the best result.
11. What if my print gets lost or damaged in transit?
We strongly recommend using the provided protective container and returning the print in the prepaid envelope (only for Canada) to ensure safe transit. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged prints once they leave your possession.
12. Can I return or exchange my Eternal Print jewelry?
Due to the custom nature of each piece, all Eternal Print orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an issue with your piece, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
13.Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. However, for customers outside of Canada, you are responsible for shipping the wax print to our workshop at your own cost. Once we receive your print, we will begin the process of transforming it into your unique jewelry piece. The final piece will then be shipped to you upon completion.

4. Return of the Print
• To ensure a successful transformation into jewelry, the fingerprint wax must be returned in its original packaging and protective container using the prepaid return envelope provided.
• LuisanaJewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or improperly stored prints during the return shipping process.
5. Final Approval & Production
• Each Eternal Print piece is handcrafted and unique, and slight variations in shape and texture are expected.
• Once production begins, no refunds or modifications can be made.
