Returns

Exchanges
We offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is found to be defective due to quality issues or was damaged during shipping, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, or if the order has already been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
