We offer FREE standard shipping on all purchases of $75cad or more
Processing time before shipping:
Silver jewelry: 1. to 10 business days
Solid gold jewelry: 8 to 15 business days
- Any changes to your order must be made prior to shipment by contacting info@luisanajewelry.com
- Shipment by the courier CANADA POST will take approximately 2-6 business days (domestic orders)
- Expedited shipping options are available. However, please note this does not affect the production & processing time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Small parcel: 2-6 weeks, without tracking number or insurance, 18$
Tracked parcel: 6-20 business days, with tracking number, 40$
GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Please take note that all postal delays are out of LuisanaJewelry control and can be longer than usual due to currents events.
Custom fees may be charged upon reception for customers outside Canada. They are the buyer's responsability.
Parcels are considered lost by Canada Post 60 business days after shipping date
LuisanaJewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
